When I showed up for my in-person interview, I had to wait for about 20-30 minutes after I arrived, because the manager was busy. It seemed like a good fit otherwise, and I started a week later. When I arrived for my first day of work, I couldn't help noticing that they seemed very disorganized about basic on-boarding & company introduction matters. My manager seemed hesitant to answer a lot of my questions as well. At the end of my first day, I was told that they had never received approval from Finance for my position to exist, and that there was no budget for it. So, I was let go. It's hard to imagine to imagine how a company could be this negligent & irresponsible - but needless to say, it left a very negative impression on me, and I'd be wary of working with them in the future.

Cramped office spaces (but moving soon.) Two different office spaces so employees are separated from each other. Work/life balance sometimes less than ideal. Pay could be better (but could be worse.)
