Pros
Everyone is very friendly and warm. It's a very collegial environment where people care about each other, users, and studios. Work day just breezes by. Your work is appreciated.
Cons
As the company grows it can become increasingly hard to get things done internally. Everyone has to travel through loopholes. The process can seem inefficient. Work-life balance is lacking. It's tough working late hours/feeling tied to your email and handling your own life matters. Lastly, salary is under-market.
