      Pros

      Some technically challenging projects, if you get on the right team.

      Cons

      People don’t leave companies, they leave managers, right? Well sometimes they leave because of their managers AND because of the company culture that allows incompetent managers to flourish, despite some seriously not okay behaviors that are exhibited. All while patting themselves on the back for being SUCH an INCLUSIVE company. *hard eye roll*

      The people are social and easy to get along with. Pre-covid the business looked on track to do great things.

      Covid obviously has impacted things No care for employee well-being Lack of experience in engineering and middle management Culture of promoting those who have been around longest, the trap of the expert beginner
