If you are looking for a good work-life balance then this is the company. Also it focuses very much on personal development, soft skills , not just on engineering skills. Also carries a feedback culture. So you can expect growth only if you are good with colleagues, good at presentations, managing work etc. It's not just dependent on your coding or engineering skills !

Low salary Also, if you are a very good engineer, but you lack in soft skills, management, leadership etc etc, then chances of growth are less.
