- amazing work/life balance - fantastic people around - interesting technical challenges - great place for learning for junior and mediors

Cons

- not willingness to focus on retaining senior staff, and lack of clarity into the potential career opportunities - ever-growing portfolio for the platform team without accordingly rewarding - lack of proper prioritisation, and too much yolo. Which leads to delivering a mediocre platform where things are half finished - too much politics
