      Pros

      Coolblue is a fast-growing industry leader. In that perspective it is truly inspiring to work here: - The company's strategy sets the direction for competition - Flat hierarchy - Lots of talented colleagues - Lots of room initiative and for growth - Amazing, positive atmosphere

      Cons

      Coolblue might not be the best place for individuals who are resilient to change. I can't think about any other obvious possible downsides.

      Pros

      Interesting meeting rooms. Young and friendly colleagues. The location is close to the central station :)

      Cons

      The company is mainly operating in dutch. (even though they say the working language is english) Some colleagues with very junior attitude.

      Innovative, everything goes, good ideas get picked up, very social culture, great colleagues, good organisation, great CEO, cool office, good dynamics, smart people, decisions are really well thought through. Coolblue is a winner.
