As with every company, some things will always need to be globally compliant whereas in other areas we're trying to develop independence within the regions. This is an area of high importance to us, so we do encourage you to discuss this in more detail with your manager or HR! Finally - the rule on internal transfers is a standard policy most companies have, and it essentially ensures that employees have sufficient time to prove themselves in a role as well as sufficient time to assess the company and the ideal opportunity for themselves before making another career move. Mobility (both local and international!) are an important investment we make, and we constantly have a high % of employees transfering across roles and countries.
