Pros

The bond between colleagues who are in the same fate.

Cons

Poor call centre management team. No EQ. Only care about Service Levels without thinking of the minimum manpower. No work life balance. Meeting scheduled after 9pm.

Pros

No pros. If you want to work in a dirty place with your team leader being rude , lying , not supporting you, there's you place.

Cons

Dirty office, dirty working material provided, old computer, job offer said that they provide a phone , which is a big lie , poor salary, under all companies in the market , rude team leader,poor training , same position and different wages.

Pros

If you love making cold-calls all day then this is the job for you!

Cons

Upon hire they tell you are working in logistics but you end up cold-calling carriers to take vehicles. They took away paid holidays of Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July etc. You now have to submit PTO to take these days off. And this means they could reject it. Employees were supposed to be give the Mondays after Christmas and New Years off but the client dictated that DHL could not give them day off. No business reason for this. Most carriers had taken the week off. Other employees could work from home due to Covid but Cox team could not based on non-health reasons. I was at home recovering from Covid and they required me to call in EVERY day to let them know if I was going to work from home.
