When I chose to leave DigitalMarketer the one thing that kept me there for so long were the people. Everyone there has the same goal and it's almost like a little family.

Cons

Working as a female at DigitalMarketer was challenging to say the least. The environment is very much a "boy's club" and at times it felt like my opinion did not matter with upper management because I was a female. The mid level mangers are great but the only people that make actual decisions (raises etc) there are the president. If you are looking for any type of organization within a company, DM is not for you. Raises are not based on how much you contribute to the company and if you are not best friends with upper management then you are looking forward to no raises at all.

Wealth of knowledge, amazing colleagues, fun culture, multiple routes for advancement. Hands down my favorite place to work and I plan to stick around as long as possible to grow with the company.

Communication breakdowns from time to time.
