Everyone here works hard, and everyone digs in - upper management doesn't assign you something that they wouldn't be willing to do (and are probably already doing) themselves. We have an open culture, so dialogue and constructive criticism are welcomed and encouraged. We believe in celebrating our wins, and credit is given where credit is due. Both management and executives are willing to take the time to listen to employees' ideas, and the company is willing to invest in your training. The company highly guards its culture, which is one of the reasons the hiring process here is so selective and intense.
