      Absolutely Nothing - super toxic environment!

      Don’t be fooled by these reviews, they make you write a review few months into joining in which you have no idea what you are actually letting yourself into. The company do not respect or empower any women in the company and if you are after diversity and inclusion I would advise joining. I have been through an emotional rollercoaster at this company and have seen many medical advisors on my mental health. I have nothing positive to say about Docplanner.

      We are so sorry to hear you had this experience here. Diversity is an important topic for us, we recently did our first Diversity survey to understand how all our team members experience Diversity in DP and to learn where we can impact this further in a positive manner. We now have a Diversity leader onboard that is focused on awareness and education about diversity, inclusion, and equity as well as creating a community for specific groups in Docplanner. We ask all our new joiners to share their experiences in Glassdoor without directing this review in any way.

      Exhausting

      Pros

      The work can be very nice when you work with the right teams. In many areas the company tries to be open and helpful.

      Cons

      I realized my job has nothing to do with Product Management. Instead my boss (yes, boss) gives me “chances” to do whatever work he needs done. It’s rather full time secretary position. There was no onboarding. The worst part is the people. The culture is very toxic with no place for open and honest discussion.
