      1. Business model is awesome, very clear. It helps a lot to focus on your real job & goals. There is a lot of cooperation with Google & Amazon. 2. 100% remote working. Culture is really nice. 3. Team is, in general, really senior. People are friendly and are always willing to help.

      Cons

      If you are a junior person, perhaps, it's not the best place to start.
