      DoiT International really is a place where you feel like you're surrounded by the best people in the industry and you can always be sure that whenever you're executing your deliveries you have full support & the best team supporting you. Every day you'll be learning something new and it's so much excitement involved in the process of growing the company and people within along the way.

      Cons

      No cons really, unless you are not happy with loads of freedom and taking responsibility for your deliveries and outcomes.

      The team is incredible Open, Candid, Collaborative environment, where you are trusted to do you work and truly enabled to thrive. Great benefits package and fair pay. Growing at rapid pace, with opportunities for progression evidenced by internal promotions.

      Cons

      As with any fast growing company, there can be growing pains when building out new processes and experimenting with different approaches. However, failing is seen as learning and you are really supported through any difficulties by management.
