      Pros

      Remote work is great! super flexible and easy to get things done. There are many cycles for promotion, which create a clear sense of growth and forward momentum. The company works with the latest tech and really encourages innovation. A lot of meaningful product features actually come out of internal hackathons, giving engineers the chance to build their own ideas and see them make it into production.

      Cons

      Remote work can at times feel more demanding, as it often makes you more accessible throughout the day.

      1. You get a chance to truly wake up in the morning and apply your best self to something you love 2. Constant learning, both about yourself, about technology and about what customer focus really means 3. People respect each other’s lives and want each other to succeed so the company can succeed 4. We don’t take ourselves too seriously even though we work on seriously topics

      1. I really can’t think of any cons but if I’m pressed to: It is not a con but a natural progression towards a larger company where processes sometimes might feel chaotic or under development. Bear with this as we grow.

      I progressed from Junior Software Engineer to Staff Software Engineer in four years by taking full ownership of the projects I was assigned and volunteering for new ones. My compensation increased by almost 200% in four years because the company recognized my impact, and I am grateful for the opportunity.

      Cons

      Not a good place for people who are not willing to invest seriously; they get flushed out quite quickly.
