      Pros

      If you enjoy collaborative work where partners are receptive and outcomes are visible, DoiT is a rewarding place to build. The culture leans constructive and solutions-oriented. Change enablement feels collaborative rather than top-down and they are remote-first. Compensation and recognition are high.

      Cons

      They are growing fast and making a lot of changes at the same time. While this will bode well for the future, I know not everyone is comfortable with the kind of work needed to be at this stage so this might not be for everyone.
