      Very well structured onboarding with tons of material to make sure you have everything available for your operating rhythm. Very smart people around, who act a buddy, coach and mentor.

Onboarding can absolutely feel a bit overwhelming - There is a lot of context to build and practice delivering on the road to feeling comfortable with our strategy, product and value proposition. Our Revenue Enablement team is constantly working to raise the bar on our structured onboarding program and sales bootcamp, along with our written documentation, tooling and other support systems. If you have ideas on how we can raise the bar please let us know, and in the mean time its ok to take the time needed to absorb and get comfortable with all the new information while practicing along the way using your peers and leaders as sounding boards.       Excellent work-from-home setup with full support from the company. Smooth and transparent processes across teams. Collaborative and inclusive culture that values employee input. Leadership is approachable and genuinely cares about employee well-being.

      Cons

      As with many remote-first companies, staying socially connected with colleagues can be a challenge if you don’t make an effort. Time zone differences may occasionally affect collaboration.
