      Great people, remote flexibility, but challenging changes

      * Friendly and talented colleagues * Fully remote setup with a lot of flexibility and trust in employees * Interesting technical challenges and a modern tech stack * Supportive culture for learning and personal growth * Leadership is transparent and open in company-wide communication

      * Restructuring happened shortly after I joined, which led to some uncertainty and shifting priorities * Lack of structured informal chats or virtual spaces makes it difficult to get to know colleagues as a new hire * Onboarding experience could be smoother and more tailored, especially in helping new team members integrate socially * Home internet package coverage could be a helpful perk, especially for a fully remote team
