Pros

They let me have free food, and I made some friends.

Cons

They were really cheap, I worked too much for minimum wage. They didn't care that I was a high school student. They were cheap to customers too. The boss would pick favorites and they would target others (like me) to do more work. So really the only good thing that came out of there was the fact that I was getting paid even though it was to work like a dog.

Pros

Not that great a place to work. It brought in money. It isn't too difficult a job. Anyone can do it if they are reasonably reliable and can stand to talk to crabby guests who just want their coffee and don't care about being decent to you haha.

Cons

General managers and district managers indecisive and never seemed to fix problems, even really big obvious sanitary concerns. Hired too many people. Seemed like you were always scraping for hours, yet at they same time they were always hiring new people. Promised me a raise and took about 3 months to actually get it. Generally poor experience.
