Pros

One free Donuts for ever 2 hours of work a day and a free cup of tea or instant coffee per shift.

Cons

Past Management where very overwhelming and blaming same staff member without proof of misconduct. Bullying new staff member and no support for store managers . TELLING staff to use personal vehicles to collect other Donuts from another store if they are running low with Max $8 -$12 extra for going to another store. Understaffed when needed then overstaffed when store are slow. Calls you when it's your day off to "help" sort out problems in the store or to complain that you did samething wrong.
