Decent

Pros

Easy hiring process, easy job in general and SOMETIMES fun. You also get discounts.

Cons

The managers don’t seem to care much about their employees. Wether the issue is about another employee, pay issues, etc. They don’t do anything about anything! They also don’t have good benefits and the pay is okay. I would not work here again and wouldn’t advise anyone to.

Pros

Great place to stay busy and meet all kinds of people. Free coffee and food while on the clock.

Cons

Hours can be very long and shifts can be very busy and stressful. Guests often don’t empathize when we’re short handed.

Toxic Environment

Pros

they let you have free drink and donut

Cons

No breaks or lunches even after working 8-10 hrs days. Toxic coworkers talked badly about each other. Management was very disorganized. We constantly ran out of common ingredients carmel, milk . They made a coworker continue working making sandwhiches when she was sick. Took temperatures and lied about them during Covid.
