      Good beginner job for learning about the food and beverage business

      -Company offered a number of different roles/positions -Was able to gain quality experience in customer service; leadership and training; POS register systems; the handling of cash, mobile, and credit sales; food/beverage preparation and baking; and cleaning procedures

      Flexible schedule for employees in school. Job is easy.

      Management is trash! First off, I've been there for 8 months and within that time frame there have been 4 managers. The overhead manager tells you have to work a certain amount of days or you're fired. Managemant picks favorites and will not call them out on their mess, but they will on the least favorite. The have had me on the same pay since I got there (lower than everyone else, including the ones I helped train) despite advertising a pay evaluation after 90 days. Coworkers have unnecessary drama! And disrespectful. Shoving things at you and saying racial slurs!! They will call off and walk out and leave everyone else struggling to do the job understaffed.

      Management is awful, no raise when moved to manager position, no lunch breaks in the 4 months I worked there, 12 hour shifts back to back (close one night then open the next), awful treatment, awful starting wage. High turnover rate so you will be overworked. I worked 102 hrs in 2 weeks. Work ANYWHERE else.
