Pros

When I first started, I had all the opportunity to get hours. I was able to travel to other stores. I got to work along side the owner of my store.

Cons

They are so concerned about labor cost, but they expect you to do extra, labor consuming tasks. My store doesn't mind shaving time off your total hours to decrease the total labor hours for the pay period.

Pros

I started at 8.00/hr which I thought was more than reasonable for my position and was given a .17 cent raise within a year. Also working night shift the job was really easy and slow.

Cons

Was offered a raise by the district manager to move to another location and work over nights, worked my butt off on a 3rd shift schedule, some weeks (most at first working 6 nights a week. Never recieved the 9.00/hour I was promised, never recieved any differential for overnights at all, every time I asked about it they brushed me off.
