Very high expectations

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Get to know customers quickly because most are regulars. Easy to get promoted if you are a hardworker.

Cons

Not adequately staffed because too much focus on profit. Managers have to work 50+ hours for salary. Very difficult to take a weekend or holiday off, especially managers. High expectations, but no incentive.

Fun Fast Paced Work Place

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Very fast paced. Good place to work if you're in between jobs and need some hours. Can be a lot of fun if you put a lot into it.

Cons

Customers can be jerks...also, doing bagel pull from the freezer sucks!
