Pros

Job is not super hard. You just sell coffee and donuts.

Cons

Upper management gets all the benefits, bonuses, and good pay while the ones working in the store do it all and get nothing. Hours are not great. They rush you through your training. All of your hard work goes unnoticed. Always needing employees.

Pros

Flexible schedule and that was it. The donuts aren't even fresh. There isn't really any incentive to move up. ...

Cons

High turnover rates cause for disruption of management and everything else. Customer service goes down and all hell breaks loose. I personally worked for 5 months very rarely got breaks and worked like a dog because management doesn't want to pay to have extra needed people. I was supposed to get a raise and never recieved it I gave my notice and said something about my raise not being reflected on my check so they gave me a .10 raise and paid me 4.25!!
