Pros

Wonderful customers you meet and become your regulars, the food as well as the coffee while working, the discounts when you are not working, and the experience you learn all while having fun doing it

Cons

Always changing managers and management is never consistent. Owner lives out of state and is barely there. Schedule would be constantly changing and usually ran out of a lot of donuts by mid afternoon.

Cons

Teaching the job to the new employees is often hard and takes time for them to get used to it Always open on all holidays A lot of no-shows and you work alone during night shift and it's hard doing everything by yourself Heavy lifting No bonus for bakers. NEVER
