Pros

Make your own hours Fast pace Was working in the highest volume store Made friends along the way! The people that came in from corporate are really nice, wish I could say that about the franchise people that I worked for!

Cons

Operations not the best The ones above the dm spot are not professionals The don't care about your growth in the company All they care about is their pockets So hard to make a bonus no matter how much your store put in their pockets for the bottom line numbers and if you hit your targets or not they don't care! Crappy workers, you can't find a decent worker to save your life if you had to. Location sucks The people over the dm level are such micro managers that it's not even funny. They say they are not going to do your job for you but when you do what they ask and it's not to par level then they step in and do it instead of giving direction. And then you are the one that will get spoken to about it!

Pros

Good pay, good customer base. Free meals and drinks, benefits but no dental. Bonuses for good performance. Thats about it.

Cons

Too many hours, allot of responsibility, not enough training. Only 2 weeks of vacation which isn't enough considering the hours worked.

Fun environment great employees. Great first time job. Very easy going. Great for students. Needing to juggle both work and school

Cons

Not much room for advancement. management doesnt really care about employees only numbers. Empty promises for advancement that never come. Good employees tend to get hidden and looked over way to often.
