Pros

The people who you work with are young and like minded, so that makes it easy to work as a team. The people who come in to eat and drink there are friendly and eclectic. They treat you as well as you will treat them and that makes it a worthy experience.

Cons

There was definitely a lack of communication between the managers and the crew members.

Pros

Somewhat flexible hours (I was a full-time student during employment); Great discounts and I always got to take home leftover baked goods at the end of the day.

Cons

Initially, I asked for 15 hours per week and was regularly scheduled upwards of 35; business was completely understaffed and employees were overworked; management did not allow tips; preparation for check-ups by higher management was done only days in advance because protocol was not regularly followed.
