Quality place to work

Business Outlook

Pros

Work with people in a fast paced environment. Meet some really good people through customer base and gain great work experience for future endeavors. Room for growth within company

Cons

Some people are always tough to deal with and can make your day hard. People are incredibly picky about their coffee! It is kind of pathetic at times!

Pros

Working there during the weekends was nice. There would be no managers and me and my co worker could do whatever we like when there's no customers

Cons

They do not give raise, even after working there for 4 years. The store is either too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter.

Very high expectations

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Get to know customers quickly because most are regulars. Easy to get promoted if you are a hardworker.

Cons

Not adequately staffed because too much focus on profit. Managers have to work 50+ hours for salary. Very difficult to take a weekend or holiday off, especially managers. High expectations, but no incentive.
