Awful workplace

Business Outlook

Pros

Working remote is the only pro

Cons

The benefits suck and the pay is super low. There is no recognition for working hard. The slackers get the promotions because they are besties with the managers. The “pay raises” are cents and not even worth it.

Pros

Work from home, flexible schedule, above average benefit packages.

Cons

Company makes corporate decisions that affect clients in a negative way. Expectations of employees is not sustainable causing an extremely high turnover. The volume of work that poor decisions at a corporate level has created is unmanageable.
