Pros

Decent salary and benefit package.

Cons

Nothing discussed during the interview was true/correct. Material condition of plant is deplorable, no Preventative Maintenance program, the plant is run from the bottom up as the management staff continues to drop the ball. Safety is a major concern. Components are not identifiable outside of a tribal knowledge system, making the LOTO system unsafe at best. Structured training does not exist further jeopardizing safety and reliable operation. There is a large turnover of the workforce at this facility (Northeastern Power Company)

Pros

The only pro would be the salary.

Cons

Don't work here if you have a good work ethic, or any motives. The management and staff are rude and nasty. You will learn what children go through in school being bullied, but instead as an adult in your work place.

Pros

Results of recent internal survey listed free parking and 25cent cokes as the main benefits for working here.....enough said

Cons

Absent senior management, no opportunity for promotion/advancement, enormous division between VP and up and everyone else, save your way to success mentality, aversion to risk, zero growth
