Pros

Low stress, secure building, free on site parking, Ergonomic options, good benefits

Cons

Processes are inefficient, and have been for some time. Many people have provided ideas and solutions, but they seem to fall on deaf ears. There are many highly intelligent employees that are not being used to their full potential, or are under-appreciated.

Pros

cant think of any , i got paid poorly i might add .

Cons

poor management , greedy ,company , will shrink the workforce down to bare minimum and heap all the pressure on existing employees . If your interested and read there business ethos they virtually tell you that is there aim , no real prospects of progression unless your willing to sacrifice your whole life .
