Pros

Great company culture. Trusting and supportive managers. Team environment.

Cons

Field work is based on contracts so promotions seem to be hard to come by. This is mostly because employees are content in their roles. At least those that work remotely. Have heard the office culture is much different. Managers are transparent and extremely supportive but you will have to seek out opportunities for training and advancement.

Pros

Pay is lower than their peers, but turnover is lower and there's better job security You get to work on big projects directly and have a lot of responsibility, but recognition is based on your boss's willingness to communicate it to others

Cons

It's very slow about pushing new strategies Previous management mostly cared about their bonus structure at the risk of the entire group's performance (unwilling to lower sales price in most exposed markets to put together deals in competitive markets)
