Pros

I have been working here for nearly 5 years, and I think the company has been great and is constantly improving. There are fantastic health benefits, good pay, a lot of opportunities for advancement. In addition, there have been great strides made to improve interdepartmental communication, technology, and processes. The management genuinely cares about the people. They work hard to find ways to reward hard work and discover what the employees want and need in their work environment. Engie has always been very flexible with work schedules, and the management has implemented flex schedules which has given even more flexibility to our employees. In addition to that, the employees are given community service days in order to give something back to their communities through volunteering. This is a company that is leading the industry in sustainability and aiding clients in becoming more sustainable. I enjoy working for a company that cares about its communities and the planet and is helping to create a better future.

Cons

Compensation could use some improvement, but this is something that is being worked on currently.

Pros

None to be trustfully honest

Cons

This company is discriminatory and bullyish. A truly bad company with poor culture, values, practices and ethics. There is no career progression and staff benefits are poor. Not a people company so please do not work for them or trade with them. Turnover is high and retention is poor for those from BME backgrounds. However I am surprised and shocked by some people good comments on Engie company reviews, definitely not true so please don’t believe them. Absolutely one of the most awful companies.
