      Great learning experience and team

      Pros

      In my years of experience I had never learned as much as I learned in less than a year here. Filled with great people and hard-workers. Relatively small, so it's easy to get to know everyone at least a little bit.

      Cons

      It's very demanding work, so it's not for everyone. All remote is good but wish we could do meetups every now and then, although I understand it's hard. Processes and workflows keep changing, which I suppose is natural for a start-up.
