      A remarkable start up experience

      Good salary, remote, excellent colleagues, good experience.

      Cons

      Start up that rocketed in 2021 and is obviously facing hard times now due to economic situation and massive lay offs, etc.

      Constant layoffs not a stable company

      Acceptable salary and fully remote

      Cons

      Poor organizational structure, teams change from one manager to another, several teams end up doing the same job instead of complementing each other. Finally you are suddenly fired, one day you start your morning working and in the next hour you are suddenly fired, saying that apparently they have financial problems. It would be nice at least if they would give you advance notice and support you in getting a new job like other companies do.

      It was easy to sell this product as it really helps other companies and the work was mostly joyful

      everyone works in different time zones, an it caused problems with scheduling sometimes
