      Pros

      The remote environment & global presence allows for the sharing of ideas across multiple cultures and regions. This shared mind-space offers the opportunity to quickly accelerate changes to achieve the huge goals the company has set for itself. Compensation is good, and the Compensation plans are unlike anything I've ever seen in the tech space. If you put in the work here to see results you (and your bank account) will be very happy as well.

      Cons

      Working in the tech space right now is difficult for anyone. I'm happy that ElectroNeek preemptively makes sometimes difficult choices to move the company forward. Upper management successfully navigates the ever-changing tech space expertly and proactively.

      Great place to work/Good salary

      It is a good company to work for. They have a vision of professional growth. Salaries are competitive and on time. Includes benefits such as language classes and much more.

      Cons

      After more than a year working in the company I have not found Cons. However, it is important to know how to find a good balance between daily life and work

      - ElectroNeek has an online learning platforms that make it easy for employees to improve and lear more about them, - Company has the opportunity to learn from people who are experts in their field, which is great for our professional and personal development. - The best thing working here is the Diverse community, Diversity in the workplace is beneficial from both a professional perspective and also to make friends with and socialize with them. Having friends all over the world is Awsome.

      Cons

      Eventhough i love having a remote job i will love to have a place where i can work with my team and spend time with them in person.
