      Pros

      The interview and onboarding process was completed in a timely manner and covered all bases without being overwhelming or redundant. It's been a pleasure to work with a company that embraces diversity, fosters communication, encourages employees with positive reinforcement and embraces the changes required for company growth, productivity and employee work satisfaction.

      Cons

      I have yet to experience any cons while working here, which is a rare thing these days.

      Remote work: it allows a better work-life balance for employees. Healthy multicultural teams: skills, talent, and performance are the criteria for career advancement.

      Cons

      When working from home, you must ensure that you have a comfortable space, with good connectivity, and avoid distractions in order to obtain the expected results, and this is not always possible.

      Startup life

      Pros

      Vibrant experience and the variety of areas of involvement are vast. Working in such an environment is a nice boost for a professional career. Like any startup with rapid growth, things change fast here, and frequently. These are the key things about this company. One needs to love the startup environment and be ready for it. Commissions and bonus plans are there for every single role in the company, and the amounts are important. This is an asset. Although there is a lot to learn here, the company provides a good coaching and onboarding program that really helps a lot. Payments are super punctual and base salaries are generally high compared to the market average.

      Cons

      Remote work is definitely a challenge when it's in permanent mode. Sometimes you want to meet your co-workers in person and work with them in a dedicated space. Although it's a fully remote company, there is also an office where people can meet/work. Also, onsite events are organized a couple of times a year, so people get to know each other.
