unrealistic standards that bring morale down

good base pay which is a life saver since commissions are not reachable

this company is definitely something different. High expectations, no given means to actually reach them. Maybe two people in the company are able to reach the quota expected by the higher-ups, I haven't seen anybody else that was consistently able to reach the target. This is one big micro-management company which, when I joined, I was assured it is a result-driven company. For some reason, they require to get more meetings after the lay offs, which is plain weird - it's like they're just looking for an opportunity to fire everyone. If that's the case, they're going to stay with just two people. There is no way to be creative in this company, which in my opinion is needed to reach anything in sales. They want us to be robots, funny enough since they provide RPA, maybe they should automate their sales too?

While we strive to set high expectations for our employees, it is never our intention to result in layoffs. These decisions are made with careful consideration and are based on a range of factors, including market conditions, business performance, and resource allocation. We recognize that reaching the set targets can be challenging, but this is an opportunity for personal growth and development. When our team members achieve the desired results, our sales commission structure is best-of-class. By continuously striving to meet their goals and expectations, employees can receive recognition and the best sales commissions for their hard work and achievements. Careful and thorough attention from management on all aspects of job performance is a critical enabler to sales success; without the micromanagement of precursor KPIs (on an individual level, not necessarily even from one's manager,) ultimate targets cannot be achieved. This approach can help identify any roadblocks or issues early on; by closely monitoring and coaching employees, managers can help identify areas where employees may need support or training, leading to more remarkable professional growth and development. We take our responsibilities as a company seriously, and we always aim to communicate transparently and respectfully with our employees during these challenging times. Our CEO and leadership team are committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment for all employees. We appreciate all feedback and strive to improve our company culture and working environment continuously.

I've been working for ElectroNeek for almost 7 months now and have been a fantastic experience. I appreciate a lot how much effort they put into training and pushing you to keep improving your skills. This is a fast-moving environment and needs to be always on your top game. Really happy to see where this new year will take us.
