General Business & Leadership

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Opportunities to drive change and improve business processes and profitability.

Cons

Tribal knowledge of the industry and company dominates the culture. Many employees are unwilling to share their knowledge and consider change. Constant churn in leadership. Knee-jerk reactions to the market. Too many meetings with vast amounts of verbal input to discussions and decision making. Limited and antiquated tools and systems to manage and perform analysis and guide tactical business processes. Shortsighted decision making with resistant to fresh ideas for improvement.

Pros

Pay is the only ok thing.

Cons

Made to work mandatory OT plus Saturdays. Is put on a point system the day you start. Which is 2 points. No matter how long you been there, the max points are 8. You call out, its a point, you leave early, its a half point. You call out on mandatory Saturday, its point + half. So you can easily be fired. You get no PTO, sick days, personal, nothing. You clock in one minute late, its a half a point. They can fire you with no reason and/or make up a lie to fire you. The fact they are billionaire company and treat all workers like lower class immigrants in a foreign county is unethical.

TOXIC CULTURE

Recommend
Business Outlook

Pros

Decent pay if leadership set goals fairly that quarter.

Cons

Extremely toxic culture. Management promise “future opportunities” that never materialize. Performance isn’t based on how well you do your job, instead it’s based on if you’re “liked” or “in” with the inner circle. Sales reps aren’t compensated fairly and aren’t considered the most important part of the company. You don’t get any responses from HR. The HR lady overlooking the sales team thinks looking good does her job.
