      Pros

      Great opportunity to work with a variety of internal roles, agency partners and technology. Good work/life balance and benefits.

      Cons

      Needs to be clearly defined roles over ownership in certain spaces to eliminate grey area and unnecessary noise from unqualified people. Some people are hired or are moved into roles that they are grossly under-qualified for thinking that they 'can do the job'.

      Pros

      Good Pay, OK benefits, nice facilities in Charlotte and Augusta, and they have a very good employee discount.

      Cons

      This company lost it's way when the GEA deal fell through. Started to get rid of all the senior level people and let Stockholm have too much control over the regions. They want to have global shared services but regional P&L and that leads to lots of confusion for the regional teams and waist time and stop them from moving forward. HR team needs to be revamped.
