Pros

Luckily, I had a fantastic manager. The people that do the work are great. Good people on the right teams, lots of people are dedicate to the work and success of the company.

Cons

Poor decisions at the top level had a huge impact on the company and the culture but were told to "get over it" and move on. Much of your experience hinges on who your manager is - if you have a bad manager, it's really bad experience. Missing culture other than being online early and working late. Everyone slipped back into pre-pandemic mindset as soon as office was mandatory again which included 7 and 8am calls and little flexibility for parents who may not be able to meet those demands. Bad tracking got a little out of hand with very little transparency on why people were being let go. 60/40 policy was not strategic or productive. Wish there had been more thought around utilizing time in office for collaboration but typically meant people dialed into Teams calls from their desk. Need a better/more modern approach to promotions and growth. Newer generations of workers aren't interested in lateral moves for the sake of "learning the business" and would rather specialize in the topic/career path they're interested in.

Pros

- Company walk the talk when it comes to sustainability (when compared with competitors) - Products do look great - Diversity at the headquarters is one of the best benefits - Vacation time (25 vacation + 5 overtime + 10 squeeze days = 40 days in total)

Cons

- You will meet HR twice: your first day at the company and your last (maybe during fikas). That's all. What do they do? - A lot of politics, the oldest in the company are the one to be promoted - Diversity and Inclusion works nice on paper, but targets and progress are now shown openly. Just look at the senior leaders and you need to look for many minutes to find some diversity - "Work smart not hard", this CEO quote doesn't apply actually. People do useless reports and then months later they never use - Do you want to negotiate a salary? Leave the company and come back later with a better pay
