      This is the worst company in Memphis. The management team does not have a clue about running a business. The company is so dysfunctional that you can't single out one area as being functional they are all the same. I wouldn't recommend this company to any one. This comment isn't from a disgruntle employee - this is an employee with many years in the workforce stating true opinions about just how bad this place is If you are looking for a job - continue to look

      Big pantry. Slow work. Promotion on seniority and mediocre performance

      Cons

      Face time is valued more than results. You can get work done in half the time, but instead of valuing your results, colleagues will backstab you and bosses will throw you more work. Has too many meetings. Can't get anything done cause stuck in meetings. End up doing overtime. You get judged for not wanting to do overtime. Why do overtime if I can get work done during normal hours? Leadership is ineffective and power-hungry. Don't expect netflix-style of leadership or management. Culture is also toxic. Plenty of gossiping and rumors spreading. Either play the game or get used as a pawn.

      If you are connected to the right people can be a great experience.

      Cons

      The Marketing organization in North America is very weak. Leadership in this area has been lacking for a long time and recent structure changes will not improve on this. High level strategies for the company in NA make it clear that marketing is not a focus area currently. If you are building a career in Marketing, this may not be the company for you.
