Pros

I got to work on very complex titles, with excellent production values. Many line workers are extremely talented people.

Cons

*John Riccitello isn't knowledgeable about entertainment, he knows about cake. *People confuse the accomplishments of the company with their own accomplishments. *The company never takes creative risks, which require patience and investment. EAs focus on quarterly numbers drives an extremely short-sighted management style. *EA used to share the rewards of creativity among the employees, but now the rewards are spent only on the top executives, who of course are not the creative geniuses of the company. *The lack of rewards means line workers are not compensated fairly for the work they must put forth. This is why you see such low satisfaction ratings in the company.
