The colleagues are without a doubt the only reason i stayed.

In good times, avanade have been a great place to work. But in bas times, ugh…The management handled bad times in a horrible way. Heard things from colleagues reasons not to get promoted: ”Donald trump became president” ”put more hours into training (after been told by management not to put a single hour into training due to bad times)” ”quit and look for another job”
