Bought by CI&T - Senior Software Engineer CI&T Employee Review

I feel like no one at the company knows I exist outside my team. Their benefit structure is poor in comparison to my previous company who they bought. They don't provide resources for teams in critical stages of development with clients. Publicly traded company, so they only care about money. There haven't been pay raises in over a year AND they have frozen all promotions. If they are buying your company, don't believe them when they say everything will stay the same. They said "we don't want to mess with success" by breaking up the company that they bought, but they will.
