      Flexibility ,Providing teaching Materials, Incentives ,promotions and Global and diverse student base

      Cons

      Unreliable class flow ,low Pay,Students have a lot of power In many reports, students can cancel or give negative ratings for reasons that teachers feel unfair. And the platform often leans toward siding with the student in disputes. Promotional / ranking thresholds To get higher pay or better visibility (“promoted” teacher status), there are thresholds (number of lessons, rating level) that can be hard to meet. If you don’t meet them, you may stay stuck with lower income.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
