They are not humans, they think everyone should be robots like them... there are so many online esl companies to work as a tutor... Skip this one at all costs, especially if you are from Serbia or Balkans...

Pros

I love to work here, it's the best ESL company I have tried so far. The salary and incentives are competitive. You can apply at your own pace. They don't require you to teach full-time. You can plot your schedule anytime of the day, how many hours you like. Also, the application process was so smooth! You can pause then go back after a few days. They also don't ask you unnecessary and drilling questions during interview, no waste of time really.

Cons

There are times, especially if you are new, the number of bookings is low.

I am a home-based part time worker at Native camp, no wonder i no longer have classes and i'm pretty sure some of my colleagues too due to low wages. They are spamming us with promotion lately that would make us teach again since its winter in japan and they need teachers, fast forward. They changed the promotion rate without prior notice and some weird and funny adjustments reflected on my payroll. I wrote them a complain but I wouldn't buy their story.
