      NC has to do the right thing as a company

      1. Excellent IT infrastructure/system to teach/learn English for ESL 2. Well-designed teaching/learning materials based on the above IT infrastructure/system 3. Flexible remote working conditions

      Please be careful, everybody. Low salary is just one thing that I knew from the beginning and understood. And, you might happen to teach a student with bad manners with a low rating for you. While we cannot control it, I often suffered from such experiences after my sincere devotion to the lessons that we also have to accept. HOWEVER, more than those, this company has some huge flaws in its culture. 1. Basically, they do not have respect for teachers/tutors in their business model. We are just replaceable workforce. 2. They seems to change rules; to me for worse. Once disputes arise, they, all of sudden, stop responding, to my big surprise, to the level of dishonest. 3. Eventually, they missed payment (mistakenly or intentionally?) that I have been concerned with.

Regarding your feedback, besides the regular base rate, our teacher participates in the different incentives, competitions and more. This is the way to earn more money by being loyal and active in our company. We are working on automating processes and improving them for our teachers, so every time we made a change our teachers are informed in advance, so they can cope with changes in a timely manner. The payment could be missed only if a teacher did not input their bank details on time. So, please be sure that we pay our teachers according to the schedule we made for all teachers because we threaten our teachers equally. Our service for inquiries is available for our teachers. We would like you to contact us via the inquiry section, so we can solve any doubts you might have. Our admin team is very polite and ready to help by answering your inquiries in a timely manner. Now we have been receiving many inquiries because of the increase in the number of teachers/applicants due to COVID-19. Therefore, it's taking time to answer your inquiries. We highly appreciate your understanding on this matter. We are open to listen to our teachers' concerns and try making better conditions for teaching, with an aim to increase the teachers' satisfaction level.       Required rating 4.7 and above out of 5 stars, you are evaluated from students, if they are not in the mood they will give you one or two stars which will decrease your rating a lot, and Native Camp will not be concerned about that at all. Amount of reserved lessons is very low, the only think you can do is to stand by online and expect sudden lessons which are payed 1.2$ per 25 minutes, additional incentives almost doesn't exist. English level of students is not evaluated so students are free to choose advance grammar lessons without prior basic knowledge in English language.
