Pros
-Has the easiest JOB ENTRANCE EXAM -Most of the students are polite and decent unlike if you are teaching Korean and Chinese, there are only few who belong to that category. -Easy to handle students if you know how to please them. (Pleasing vs learning actually)
Cons
This is TRUE: > ADMIN. If you have questions, the staff responds promptly. They are short for words, though--they only reply just for the sake of replying. I believe that the responses are copy-pasted to the point that your questions were not really answered. You cannot win if you have disputes in terms of pay or class disruption and penalties. RATINGS/LESSON EVALUATION -Teacher's evaluation rating isn't fair. It's way too subjective. You'll be rated 5 star if you'll satisfy your student regardless if you're good or not. What comes first is pleasing the students. If you can't please them, you'll never have a good review and not having a good review will generally mean that you're not worthy of the student's reservations; thus, you'll have a lower income. RULE REINFORCEMENT -They have selected few which rules don't apply to them. TAX REMITTANCE -Just so you know, our signatures in our Income Tax Return were forged. We complained and they said it was a mistake. Our incentives are all taxable. They don't apply the non-taxable ones in ours. They add all of your incentives and your basic pay altogether. Then, they deduct your income tax from there. -When you ask questions for clarifications, they'll just say : go to Bureau of Internal Revenue. Their HR staff and accounting staff really aren't doing their function.
