      Good online support and great lesson material - ESL Teacher Native Camp Employee Review

      Pros

      I was always satisfied with great lessons and all materials because everything is prepared, you just read and teach. Whenever I had an issue and I had them, online support is available and admin support are very kind and polite, although sometimes my issue could not be solved immediately. Students are very kind and interesting. Everything is very flexible and convenient to organize yourself.

      Cons

      Platform could be more modern with some interactive animations or other (like drawing for kids). There are casual issues on the platform but I understand that this is very complexed and you always have something to upgrade and implement new functions...

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
